Our founder
Led by Jake Lennon.
Jake founded Salt Air Conditioning in 2024, backed by over 15 years of experience across residential, multi-residential and commercial projects.
Born in Evans Head and now based in Kingscliff, he works across the coastline he knows well.
An Air Conditioning Specialist, Jake’s focus is on installations for custom home builds, where integration with the architecture matters most.
With nearly 20 years construction experience, he understands how to integrate services within a build from the ground up.
Today, Salt is a small, close-knit team trusted by renowned builders and architects. The family-run business is led by Jake and his wife, who have three young children together. When he’s not on site, he’s spending time with his family and enjoying the surf.
